Jim Kelly, CEO/President:
Founder and owner of Skelly Electric, Jim has over 30 years experience in electrical engineering for commercial and residential photovoltaic projects. Jim has strong leadership skills, a wide range of technical expertise and experiences all things electrical. With a desire to be one of the best electrical contractors anywhere, Jim has led Skelly Electric to become one of the most respected electrical contractors in Southern California.

Lee Kelly, Vice President:
Lee has been an integral part of Skelly Electric’s success since its inception over 30 years ago. Lee provides business development and managerial support companywide to ensure smooth and efficient operations of all departments. Lee has helped facilitate the completion of hundreds of projects in the San Diego area alone.

Doug Hoff, Project Manager:
Doug is the General Manager with experience managing residential to large, multi-million dollar commercial projects. He coordinates staffing and materials, and provides technical support on projects, utilizing his background in mechanical engineering.

Karen Gagnon, Office Manager:
Karen has been instrumental in handling AP, AR, payroll, phones and many, many of the endless, day-to-day office requirements over the past 8 years.

Dave Guevera, Solar Specialist:
David is a commercial and residential solar design consultant. Drawing on many years of experience as a California Contractor, David focuses on integrated efficiency combined with optimized PV Solar design to insure the best possible value for our customers.
